I am thrilled to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the inception of the LEIC program at FEUP. These three decades of excellence and technological innovation highlight FEUP's unwavering commitment to training highly skilled professionals ready to tackle future challenges. The results are evident in the success of its numerous alumni. Congratulations to FEUP, its faculty, students, and everyone who contributed to this significant milestone. May this be a year of celebration and a springboard for new and challenging achievements!

At our alma mater, FEUP, I found the opportunity to imagine and build the future with exceptional professionals, turning our visions into reality as computer engineers. Congratulations to EIC on its 30th anniversary! I am very grateful for the opportunities the course has given me and, above all, for the fantastic people I have met! I hope that future generations will cherish their years in the course as much as I do. PS: And I hope that eventually the TDIN slides will move from PowerPoint 2004 to something more recent.
